Heliarko 1.0.2 is a local, autonomous, offline-first capsule: one folder on your own disk that holds your voice, memory, and files, works without the internet, and outlives every server. The owner's life stays with the owner - nothing you put into the capsule leaves your machine.

What it needs.
A Windows computer (Windows 10 or 11), about 4 GB of free disk space, and twenty quiet minutes. Heliarko is built for a modest machine: it is portable, lives in one folder, and never installs itself into the system.
Install in brief.
Unpack the folder anywhere you want it to live - your main disk or an external SSD, but never a cloud-synced folder. Start HELIARKO, choose your language, set your PIN. The full install sheet is served beside the download.
The key is the license.
